Booking Conditions

• Well behaved children & dogs are welcome by arrangement.
• We are a strictly non smoking establishment, and have smoke detectors fitted throughout the house.
• Check in time is between 4pm & 7pm.
• If you are expecting to arrive later, please telephone with an expected time of arrival.
• Check out time is by 10am.
• For payment, we accept cash, sterling travellers cheques or a cheque with a valid guarantee card.
• We are unable to accept card payments at the house, sorry! 
• A deposit for the first nights stay is required as confirmation of the booking.
• The balance is payable at the end of your stay.
• If you have to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible so I can re-let the room.

Payment

A deposit of the first nights stay is required to secure a booking
and can be made in the following ways:

By cheque payable to A Richardson

By direct bank transfer
(either on-line or telephone banking, I can supply my details)

By PayPal

To pay by PayPal you do not need a PayPal account. Simply click on the Buy Now button below to be connected to the secure PayPal website, and follow the on-screen instructions. Payment must be in £ Stirling (GBP) and may be made by cheque or by credit or debit card. If paying by this method please contact me first for confirmation of the amount.

Please be aware that I cannot accept card payments at the house, so the balance payable should be paid in cash or cheque at the end of your stay or, if you prefer, you can pay the balance by the other methods just before your stay with us.
